A frugal queen since day one. Joy has been on a life long journey to find new ways to help her save money. Whether it’s clenching her copy of “The Tightwad Gazette” close by at all times or tirelessly browsing the web for new information about how she can save money, she has  a love of sharing her tips on frugality to all. Raising a family and owning a daycare for the past 25 years has also given the insight on how to cook great meals for less, find wonderful alternative uses for common house hold items and keep her family entertained on a limited budget.
